Spa policies

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Spa Finder Gift certificates. Reservations require either a credit card or gift certificate number. Regrettably, if you are late for your reserved time, we may not be able to perform the complete service, but only what the remaining time allows.
 

Cancellation policy – For groups of five (4) or more, a 48 hour notice is required. For all other services we require a 24-hour notice and will charge a 50% total value otherwise. We reserve the right to charge no-shows the full service value.

 

Product Return

All product returns must be made within two (2) weeks of purchase date.  Complexions reserves the right to refuse return of used products and may require proof showing date of purchase.

 

Gift Certificates – Gift certificates are available by visiting Complexions, by phone or online at www.complexionsspa.com. Gift certificates are nonrefundable and applicable toward services only.

Spa Etiquette – Typically, gratuities are not included with individual spa or salon services.  A 15-20% gratuity, however, is customary. With respect to groups, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your bill because of the extra accommodations groups require.
 

All prices, menu items and descriptions are subject to change without notice. To ensure that all of our guests have a memorable experience, please turn off cell phones upon arriving at our facility.  Complexions Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
 

Medical History – First-time guests will be asked upon arrival to complete a health history questionnaire. Women that more than seven (7) months pregnant, or if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, or are receiving chemotherapy, must provide written authorization from your physician. This will assure your maximum safety and comfort.
 

Preparation for the spa – Please refrain from shaving prior to any body exfoliation procedures. Gentlemen are asked to shave before any facial treatments. Sensitivities can occur with any waxing treatment. As such, please inform your aesthetician if you are using any Retinol products, Acutane or have diabetes.
 

We offer a robe and slippers for clients receiving multiple services. When escorted to a treatment room, your therapist will leave so you may disrobe. You will be draped at all times, and only specific areas will be exposed during treatment. We recommend that you completely undress, but you may wear undergarments if you prefer.
 

Children - Our spa is an adult oriented atmosphere and our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Guests should be at least fifteen (15) years old and eighteen (15) years old to receive body treatments or accompanied by an adult.
