Spa policies

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Spa Finder Gift certificates. Reservations require either a credit card or gift certificate number. Regrettably, if you are late for your reserved time, we may not be able to perform the complete service, but only what the remaining time allows.

 

Cancellation Policy

Complexions requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a charge for your full service price.
